Custom Desk

People who work in a desk, look for different necessities based on their comfort, this customer needed storage, hidden outlets to keep wires hidden and in order, and comfortable view out the window to the left side of the table. This will be a desk that my customer will have his entire life so I hand selected the most iconic walnut piece I could find, PARADOX WALNUT, I constructed a natural turn in the shape of an L on the left side, with custom patch work for flair, and made an angled leg so it doesn't get in the way of his feet for comfortability. The top doesn't touch his legs or the drawers to the right, I made little blocks that make it look like it is floating. In the drawers I stained the interior black, and the interior of the legs too for accent. The other photos are a more simple project where I made the desktop from customer provided White Oak.
